Beverly Adlam was born in Jamaica, West Indies and considers herself the fortunate beneficiary of the merger of east and west Indian culture. Beverly has been a New York City resident for most of her adult life.   Formerly an advertising executive managing a 20 million dollar account list for A&E television networks. Beverly decided to pursue her passion for real estate six years ago and is currently, Vice President/Associate Broker at Charles Rutenberg Realty.  Her unparalleled knowledge of the Manhattan marketplace as a seasoned residential specialist has furthered her deep understanding of the intricate real estate process.
Transferring her keen business acumen plus drive for success and service to the world of real estate, Beverly  has served clients from India, China, London, Brazil, Ireland, France, Russia, Norway, Germany and across the United States.
